We offer hassle-free auto body repair services at your home or office. CarBodyLab is a fully licensed and regulated auto repair company, which means we hold every one of our jobs to the highest standard.
How does your service work?
Simply request a quote online by submitting photos of the damages to your vehicle along with your contact information. In most cases, we will get back to you with a quote in under 15 minutes.
Is CarBodyLab more expensive than traditional autobody repair shops?
No. Our pricing is competitive with body shops in your area. We update our prices based on local market rates and actual repair invoices in your every market to ensure that we’re always competitive. Our pricing is heavily discounted from what body shops charge as we have lower overhead cost.
Does CarBodyLab have a warranty?

Scheduling
How do I schedule an appointment?
Simply fill out a request for a quote from our homepage to get started. Once you've submitted your request, and you have received your quote from an agent, you can simply tell your agent the best time that works for you.
How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
We understand that schedules change. If you’re unable to make your appointment, please reschedule or cancel by texting the agent who sent you the quote. If your appointment is within 48 hours, you will incur a $49 fee for canceling or rescheduling.
Why was my appointment cancelled or rescheduled?
Occasionally, a technician is unable to make an appointment due to circumstances outside their control. When this occurs, your agent will reach out to let you know and provide options for rescheduling your appointment. You will not be charged a cancellation fee if CarBodyLab needs to change your appointment time.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Only within 48 hours of your appointment time. If you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours before the start of the job, you will have zero fees to pay.
Quotes
How do I get a quote?
You can get a quote through our website by visiting our homepage and clicking the "Get a Quote" button. We’ll ask for vehicle information, photos of the damage and your contact information. Once a team member receives your request, a quote will be prepared for you within 30 minutes and texted to the number you provided.
What information do I need to provide to get a quote?
We ask for your vehicle details along with your name, phone number, email, zip code and preferred repair location in order to provide the most accurate quote for our customers. To book an appointment after you receive a quote, we will ask you to provide the address of your selected repair location. Please note that our website is secure, and your information is never sold to any third party.
I have a question about my quote. Who can I speak with?
Once you've received your quote via text you can ask your agent any questions you have. Our agents are available from 8am - 6pm Monday through Saturday.
Payment
How do I pay for the service?
You pay the technician once the job is completed. We accept all major credit cards.
Can I pay for the service in advance?
Typically our customers will pay the technician directly after the job is completed. However, once a job is scheduled and added in our system you do have the freedom to pay before the technician arrives.
Contacting
I'd like to speak with someone before I request a quote. How do I contact you?
We hate being stuck on hold with no way of telling when we'll speak with customer service. That's why we've set up a phone system that enables you to request a call from us rather than you calling us directly. Every request for a call is immediately given to one of our agents who will call you in less than 30 minutes. You can find a button to request a call at the very bottom of this page.
My technician is late. Who should I contact?
We always provide a 1 hour window for your technician to arrive. If you have waited beyond the 1-hour window, please contact us by calling the number listed on the quote page. Our agents are available from 8am - 6pm Monday through Saturday.
Confidentiality
Protecting your private information is our priority. CarBodyLab does not and will not ever sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.
What kind of information do you collect?
From the first request for a quote we collect your name, phone number, email, zip code and preferred repair location. We also collect information from the browser you used when you submitted your request. We do not collect any GPS location information or IP addresses from any of our customers and will never ask to do so. Simple browser information such as browser type, preferred language and operating system are collected in order to improve our technology for all potential customers.
How will my information be used?
We collect and use your personal information to operate and deliver the services you have requested. We may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services that we have available. Once your job is completed, we will automatically send you a link to a survey in order to conduct research about your opinion of our current services and to determine potential new services that may be offered. CarBodyLab does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.

Our auto body repair team is staffed by professional auto body repair technicians, skilled in auto body painting and standard autobody repair techniques. Our team of auto body repair estimators are highly trained to accurately assess vehicle damage and coordinate repairs necessary to get you back on the road safely and looking as good as new. Our auto body repair estimation process helps identify visual and hidden damage caused by an auto accident or related incident that has caused damage to your vehicle. Our estimators' high attention to detail during the estimation process ensures that we detect everything necessary to bring your vehicle back to its pre-accident condition.
Is CarBodyLab a collision center?
No. CarBodyLab is a mobile autobody repair service. Our technicians specialize in small to medium collision damage.
What are auto body paint services?
Our auto body painting service restores your car's beautiful appearance and protects the body underneath. This type of repair is generally thought of as just for cosmetic purposes, but it goes a long way in protecting your car from further damage.
How it works
Our auto body repair technicians restore, refinish, and when necessary, replace irrepairable vehicle parts -- all at your repair location of choice.
How does the repair process work?
First you get a quote. Then an agent will help you schedule your appointment. On the day that your technician arrives, they will typically complete your service within 2-6 hours.
How long does auto body repair take?
All of our repairs can be done on the same day as your appointment, usually within less than 6 hours.

What autobody services does CarBodyLab offer?
We offer all of the following autobody repair services: scratch repair, dent removal, part replacement, and painting.
CarBodyLab's repairs are primarily focused on autobody cosmetic work, our technicians do not work on frame straightening, however, we do offer paintless dent removal (PDR) in select cities.
What vehicles does CarBodyLab provide autobody work for?
All vehicles newer than 2005.
Environmental Impact
CarBodyLab has taken the time to ensure that we are in full compliance with all new EPA emissions regulations by ensuring that all of our paint includes 0% lead (Pb), manganese (Mn), nickel (Ni), cadmium (Cd) or chromium (Cr).

What vehicles does CarBodyLab provide glass repair work for?
All vehicles. Our partners have provided us with a list of vehicles dating back to 1942! For auto glass repair we should have no problem servicing your vehicle, regardless of the make, model or year. If you need a replacement window, as long as we can find the right glass, we'll be happy to replace it for you!
Parts
About
When a part is too damaged to repair, our technicians will replace it for you. CarBodyLab works closely OEM and aftermarket parts suppliers to provide the best quality parts for our customers.
Why do I need new parts if the damage seems minimal?
A Sometimes damage to a bumper or fender is actually irrepairable, though it does not appear that significant on the outside. When that is the case, it is best that we sever ties with the old part and purchase one brand new.
How it works
Can I buy new parts from a 3rd party and have CarBodyLab do the replacement?
Yes... in most cases. Our technicians can take the parts that you've purchased from other suppliers and handle the replacement for you. Just let us know during the scheduling process that you already have the needed parts so we don't buy them for you. In some circumstances, with large parts like bumpers, history has shown us that not all customers receive the right parts from 3rd party suppliers. We do require that bumpers be purchased through our vendors to ensure they match the size of your vehicle.
Will you guys try to replace a part that doesn't need to be replaced?
It is our mission to take the hassle out of repairing your vehicle, and that includes overpriced quotes and useless part replacements. Trust can be hard to come by these days, but we know that we are only as good as our reputation. That's why we have vowed to never over-quote or try to over-sell your job. We believe it's what our customers deserve.
Warranty
How it works
What is CarBodyLab's warranty?
CarBodyLab is pleased to provide all customers with a lifetime warranty on all of the repairs performed by our technicians. Our warranty applies to all items originally estimated for as long as you own your vehicle. We spend time with each one of our technicians, making sure they are thoroughly equipped to handle the jobs we schedule them for. However, if the repair is unsatisfactory, we give our technicians at most 3 attempts to resolve the work. If a repair cannot be resolved in 3 attempts or less CarBodyLab will pay the body shop of our choice for the repair to be resolved, completely free of charge to our customers.
How do I use CarBodyLab's Warranty?
To use our warranty, simply text or request a call from the agent that handled your repair request and inform them about your need for a new visit. Your service agent will work with you to schedule and book your new appointment free of charge.
It's been over a year since my scheduled repair. Can I still use the warranty?
Absolutely. We understand that sometimes it takes time to realize when a mistake was made. That's why CarBodylab's warranty applies for the entire lifetime of the owner of the repaired vehicle.
Coverage
What is covered under CarBodyLab's Warranty?
CarBodyLab's warranty applies to: cracking, checking, loss of gloss caused by hazing, chalking or fading, peeling and blistering caused by moisture, provided the refinishing is done over original undamaged factory finishes or over original equipment manufacturer replacement parts. Rust related conditions shall not be covered. Stone chips will not be covered.
What is not covered under CarBodyLab's Warranty?
Our warranty covers defects occurring under normal conditions. Damage caused by accidents, negligence, abuse, misuse, exposure to elements, or paint chipped by driving conditions are not covered under the scope of our warranty. We would be happy to assist our customers with a new quote for any accidental damage that occurs.
Payment
Does this warranty cost money?
No, it is absolutely free. Our warranty is as good as our name, and it comes with every one of our technicians' repairs. Use of the warranty is at no cost to our customers.
I've decided to go with a body shop to repair damages caused by a CarBodylab technician. How does CarBodyLab pay for this?
To have you repair done by a brick and mortar body shop, consult with your customer service agent about an estimate you have received from the body shop you choose.
